Suppliers of granular urea to French distributors have attempted to keep up with the pace of increases in FOB values from North Africa in offers in France in recent days, but have not entirely succeeded. Sales were completed for small quantities at the end of last week at ?218-220/mt FCA, while offers were subsequently raised in multiple steps up to September 7 postings at ?235/mt FCA. Buyers are slow to react, but the range for the week has been set at ?218-233/mt FCA accordingly, basis sales actually concluded.
