Spain: June ammonia imports up 66%

Spain's ammonia imports in June 2017 were 48,011 mt, a 66% increase on the same month a year earlier, according to IHS GTA data. Total Spanish ammonia imports for January-June 2017 were 254,424 mt, a rise of 39% year on year. Spain sourced most of its ammonia during the first six months of this year from Algeria at 231,384 mt, a jump of 42% on 2016.
