Brazil imported a total of 824,000 mt ammonium nitrate in the first eight months of 2017, up by 31.2% on the prior year according to SECEX data via IHS GTA. Russia was ahead by 35.3% to 820,000 mt, up 35.3% while arrivals from the Netherlands dropped to zero from 20,000 mt.
