Thailand: Jan-Sep NP/NPK imports up 18%

Thailand's NP/NPK imports were 1.8 million mt in the first nine months of 2017, an 18% increase year on year, according to IHS GTA data. The country imported 824,976 mt NPKs January through September 2017, up 31%. The rise was due to an increase in shipments from Russia by 42% to 492,420 mt. Deliveries from Norway reached 181,760 mt, up 3% and imports from Finland were up 5% to 66,385 mt.
