India: DAP imports up 74% in January

India imported 180,155 mt DAP in January, a 74% increase from the same month of 2016, according to IHS GTA data. India imported 82,590 mt from China, up 54% year on year. DAP imports from Saudi Arabia rose 104% to 61,076 mt, imports from the US jumped 26% to 36,489 mt from zero in January 2016.
