Italy: Granular and prilled urea still not moving

Deliveries of granular and prilled urea from inventories at plants and prior imports are essentially suspended as distributors hold back on purchasing for fears that international values for both grades may deteriorate from current levels. Importers cite current quotes in the US, Brazil and even forward numbers for delivery in H2 into France in support of calls for offers some $30/mt below recent quotes close to $270/mt CIF, duty paid for granular.
