Spot prices for sulphur cargoes to India were assessed unchanged at $60-65/t CFR. As previously reported, FACT awarded its December 23 tender in the mid-$60s/t CFR to Swiss Singapore for 25,000 t. CIL is understood to have bought a 24,000 t cargo for mid-January discharge in the mid- $60s/t CFR. One buyer said they were receiving contract volumes in the mid-$50s/t CFR.
