US NOLA: UAN prices increase

UAN-32 barge prices increased to $120-130/st ($3.75-4.06/unit) FOB New Orleans. This reflects an average price expansion of $2-3/st week-on-week. Crop price recovery and the expectation that corn prices may remain above $4/bushel during much of 2021 have supported an overall positive sentiment and resulted in an increase demands from some sellers in the barge market. However, prices remain too low to attract UAN imports from Russia in large quantities. CRU's estimated delivered cost of Russian UAN to New Orleans is $134/st FOB.
