Brazil's Natura acquires Aesop

Brazil's natural cosmetics giant Natura has snapped up the Aesop beauty brand. Natura Cosmesticos has acquired 65 per cent of Emeis Holdings, the Australian premium beauty manufacturer that operates under the brand name "Aesop". The company operates in Australia, Asia, Europe and North America. The value of the transaction is said to be in the region of AUS$68m.
