Nitrogen fertilizer producer OCI posted a 36% year-on-year increase in revenues to $811 million in its first quarter 2020 results, the company said in a May 11 statement. The company attributed the positive result to improved production rates at its nitrogen plants and low natural gas feedstock costs despite lower selling prices for these products over the quarter. This follows extensive turnarounds at its facilities through 2019.
