Malaysia: Petronas largely limited to contract shipments

Petronas maintains that ammonia exports are limited to contract shipments, with no spot tonnage available. This follows several spot sales at the end of 2019, and the producer is now building up inventories. Rumours late this week that Petronas had sold a 15,000 t spot cargo at $265-275/t FOB to Parna Raya for lifting on the Mariana Golden in February could not be confirmed.
