US S. Plains: Miserable weather halts activity

Freezing rain across much of the Southern Plains prevented field work in Oklahoma, Arkansas and parts of Kansas this week. Distributors in the region continue to hold out for $420/st FOB and higher for MAP. Even where it is for sale, retailers may have to wait for December to pull their orders.
