Unigen Inc has entered into an exclusive product licence and supply agreement with a subsidiary of The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. Under terms of the agreement, Unigen has granted the Estee Lauder Companies exclusive rights to any groundbreaking discoveries, relating to the development and commercialisation of its proprietary natural ingredients.
