What started as a quiet week picked up October 22. The Tampa price was announced for November, at a $7/t increase over October at $235/t CFR. This was disappointing for some who were expecting a greater increase. This was sharply followed by news of a spot sale out of Trinidad at $210/t FOB for mid-November loading, more in line with what many market players were anticipating.
