The Philippine Department of Agrigulture (DoA) is conducting a tender April 29, requesting offers from domestic suppliers for a total of 285,000 t urea for delivery to inland warehouses in 16 regions in bags by June 20 under the Rice Resiliency Project. The session will provide a welcome outlet for urea inventories in the country, currently projected to reach about 380,000 t by the end of June based on existing stocks and planned arrivals.
