Mexico: Pemex charters ammonia tanker

PMI is circulating another enquiry for the supply of 40,000 t ammonia to Topolobampo, but in part cargoes of 10-16,000 t. The buyer is also reported to have taken the SCF Tobolsk on a minimum three month charter with an option for a further three months. The vessel is expected to move ammonia from within its own production facility in Mexico to Topolobampo.
