Granular urea barge values dropped $10/st by the end of the week, due to winter weather and concerns over barge navigation to the upper Mississippi River, according to US traders. The overall range at the end of the week was $209-213/st FOB New Orleans. In addition, barge availability on the lower Mississippi River received a boost from arrivals from Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
