Sulphur markets remained exceptionally quiet overall this week, with price assessments stable across the board and only limited activity in some key regions. The stability was further emphasised by Muntajat’s rollover of its monthly QSP at $102/t FOB for June, remaining at its lowest level since August 2017. Middle East spot export prices were also unchanged at $100-105/t FOB for the sixth consecutive weeks. This is down from $170-175/t FOB in mid-to-late October 2018.
