Ukraine: OPZ restart early March looking more unlikely

Ukraine’s OPZ is still waiting for a resumption in gas supply to its nitrogen plant. This follows a series of payments from gas tolling partner Energy Equivalent as part of its plans to restart the facility. OPZ sources had pointed to a potential restart of the facility early March but that now seems extremely unlikely.
