Ukraine: OPZ continues to wait for gas to restart

Ukraine’s OPZ continues to wait for a resumption in gas supply to its nitrogen plant. This follows a series of payments from gas tolling partner Energy Equivalent as part of its plans to restart the facility. OPZ sources have pushed back a potential restart of the facility until March 8 at the earliest.
