The US will delay a proposed further increase in tariffs on Chinese goods, including fertilizers, President Donald Trump said on Twitter February 25. Trump said he will leave the tariffs on $200 billion worth of products at a rate of 10% and not raise it to 25% as was due to happen on March 1.
