Enable Midstream planning new Louisiana pipeline for US Gulf coast LNG projects

Enable Midstream Partners has become the latest US midstream outfit to announce plans to build an outlet for growing US gas production, signing a non-binding 20-year offtake agreement with a Gulf coast LNG project for 1.1 Bcf/d of capacity on its Gulf Run pipeline in Louisiana. Enable also launched an open season for the newly proposed pipeline, which it envisions serving LNG plants across Louisiana. The pipe’s proposed 2.75 Bcf/d capacity may be increased pending market interest.
