JAPAN: Tokyo Gas has signed a heads of agreement (HOA) with compatriot Sumitomo Joint Electric Power, under which Tokyo Gas has agreed to sell 0.17 mtpa of LNG for five years, starting in 2021. The LNG will be sourced from Tokyo Gas’ LNG portfolio, with the deal marking the firm’s third supply deal with delivered ex-ship (DES) terms.
