Cuba Block 9 back-in move

Petro Australis has notified Melbana Energy that it will exercise its back-in right for a 40% stake in Cuba’s Block 9 Production Sharing Contract (PSC). Subject to Petro Australis receiving the Cuban regulatory approvals for the back-in, the Block 9 PSC partnership would be: operator Melbana 60% and Petro Australis 40%.
