Total to sell Canada asset

Total and its partners have agreed to sell the Joslyn oil sands project in Alberta, Canada, to Canadian Natural Resources Limited (CNRL) for a total of US $172.4m (C$225m). Following the oil price collapse in 2014, the Joslyn project partners put its further development on hold. Since then, activity has been limited to fulfilling regulatory requirements and ensuring the safety of the site.
