Odfjell extends bank facility

Norway's Odfjell Drilling has accepted a firm offer to extend the bank facility of Odfjell Drilling Services until 9 November 2019. The company said that the outstanding amount under the facility is currently US $290m and the facility will be repaid by semi-annual installments of $20m on 9 November 2018 and 9 May 2019, with a balloon amount of $250m at the new maturity date.
