Program to implement extended facilities in remote telephone banking

The telephone banking system has a server at the bank and multiple terminals. The terminals have a reader to validate smart bank cards. Once the card has been validated, the terminal sends a reference number for the card to the server. The server checks the authorisation of this card and sends the result to the server. If the client is validated the reference is checked for access status, using a database to establish whether the client is registered for remote telephone access, the server delivers the access code corresponding to the card reference. An invalid access initiates a blocking operation. A valid code initiates sending of the password to initiate the communication.
