Eni’s Egypt oil discovery

Italy’s Eni has made a second light oil find on the B1-X exploration prospect in the South West Meleiha licence in the Egyptian Western Desert. The SWM B1-X exploration well lies 130km north of the oasis of Siwa and is the second probe drilled by Eni to explore the deep geological sequences of the Faghur Basin.
