Hunting has completed the acquisition of the business and assets of RTI Energy Systems (RTIES) for US $12.5m in cash. RTIES is a manufacturer of production riser technologies for deepwater applications for the offshore oil and gas industry. RTIES’s products include proprietary technology and know-how, which is protected by a number of patents.
