Stapem Offshore has acquired of remotely oper- ated vehicles (ROVs) services player Film-Ocean. Established in 2004, Film-Ocean owns and oper- ates a fleet of ROVs used in the oil and gas, off- shore wind and waterways sectors for underwater inspection, intervention and survey.
