Abu Dhabi National Oil Co. (Adnoc) has hired boutique investment bank Moelis to provide strategic advice on the state oil giant's plans to attract a broader range of investors into its upstream, midstream and downstream sectors. The move was confirmed by a person familiar with the matter, who also said the bank would not be involved with Adnoc's plans to sell minority stakes in some of its businesses via a series of initial public offerings, as local reports had suggested.
