Yemen PM: LNG Exports to Restart in 2019

Yemen plans to restart exports from its idle LNG plant at Balhaf, in which France's Total is a shareholder, next year and is also working on plans to take more of its oil production presently constrained by infrastructure obstacles to market, the embattled country's prime minister said. Speaking to reporters at his base in Aden Wednesday, Prime Minister Abdulmalik Maeen Saeed said that an agreement had been reached with investors "to resume exports during the next year, which will constitute a large budget increase in Yemen."
