Adnoc Raises $10 Billion via Gas Pipelines Deal

Abu Dhabi National Oil Co. (Adnoc) has raised just over $10 billion by leasing some of its gas pipelines to a group of international investors — its second infrastructure offering within 18 months (IOD Feb.26’19). The deal — Adnoc’s largest infrastructure transaction to date — comes at a time when national and international oil companies have been cutting costs to cope with the fallout from the coronavirus pandemic.
