Russia’s energy minister claims Russia reached 100% compliance with its production target under the 1.2 million barrel per day Opec/non-Opec supply reduction deal at the end of April. However, the calculations do not appear definitive and full-month official figures show that Moscow has yet to meet its 228,000 b/d commitment. That said, the country might finally reach the target this month because of the troubles at the Druzhba pipeline, one of Russia’s key export lines (IOD Apr.29’19).
