Trebs, Titov Terms Kept Same

The subsoil agency of Russia’s natural resources ministry, Rosnedra, has kept terms unchanged for the upcoming tender for the Trebs and Titov oil fields. Documents released Tuesday show the starting price in the auction for the fields remains 18.17 billion rubles ($609 million) (IOD Aug.10,p3). The authorities are also still demanding that at least 42% of future production be refined inside Russia, and that 15% of the products yield be sold on a Russian oil exchange.
