CNOOC Restarts Fields

China National Offshore Oil Corp. (CNOOC) said Tuesday that it has resumed full production from the Bozhong 25-1 and BZ25-1 South oil fields in Bohai Bay off Chi- na. Output was suspended in November following damage caused by strong winds (IOD Nov.13,p8).
