SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) prices failed to gain ground, as high stocks at import terminals and further increased supply from domestic refiners overshadowed improved demand in the traditional peak season in winter and higher overseas prices. LPG prices spiked after the National Day holiday (1-8 October), but did not see further significant rises before slowly fluctuating lower from end October. Prices did not recover any losses until the previous week, driven by firmer international crude prices and LPG import costs.
