Firm cost pressure to lend support to Asia's ACN amid easing supply constraints

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Asian acrylonitrile (ACN) spot prices, which have been on an uptrend since early May, may continue to be supported by firm feedstock propylene prices and producers’ poor margins, amid easing supply constraints. Supply constraints in China were previously due to tightened supply on plant turnarounds, but this has started to ease with the completion of turnarounds and import cargo arrivals.
