Modest erosion continues in European VAM contract prices in March

LONDON (ICIS)--European vinyl acetate monomer (VAM) contract prices fell for the fourth consecutive month in March, according to feedback from both sides of the market. Along with comparatively modest declines in values, rollovers were also quoted, mainly by suppliers. The average reduction is assessed at €15- 20/tonne, compared with last month. The differences were fairly marked, with some relatively substantial divergence between players.
