5INGAP0RE (ICIS)-There were muted discussions for Group I base oils in the Middle East this week as Iran, the region's main producer, remains on holiday while the region's main trading hub, the United Arab Emirates, is restricting movements in an effort to contain the coronavirus outbreak. This week, there were no discussions for any spot cargoes of Group I base oils shipping from Iran because many suppliers there were away for the Nowruz, or Iranian New Year holiday, which started on 20 March.
