Transneft 4Q exports to rise

Russian crude exports by pipeline, including transit shipments, are scheduled at 4.46mn b/d (56.46mn t) in October-December, an increase of 2pc on the quarter. The rise is accounted for entirely by eastbound shipments — primarily to Kozmino in Russia’s far east, where planned fourth-quarter ESPO Blend loadings are expected to reach 655,000 b/d, a rise of 17pc against the third-quarter plan.
