Transneft 4Q exports rise

Crude exports to non-CIS destinations through the Transneft system are sched- uled 9.3pc higher on the quarter at 4.78mn b/d (60.4mn t) in October-December. Much of the rise will be a result of restoring regular supply to the Baltic port of Ust-Luga - 2.7mn t/month in the fourth quarter - following full decontamina- tion of the Druzhba pipeline. The clean-up of crude with excessive organic chlo- ride content should be completed this month, market participants say.
