Belarus' BNK plans to start shipping 10ppm sulphur diesel by pipeline from the 240,000 b/d Novopolotsk refnery to Latvia's port of Ventspils this month. BNK previously supplied 50ppm product on this route. About 30,000t of low-sulphur diesel will be delivered in February, but around 20,000t of higher-sulphur fuel remains in the pipeline system, which may afect the quality of delivered prod-uct. All pipeline supply goes to trading frm Vitol's Ventspils Nafta terminal.
