Ventspils diesel loadings jump

Pipeline supply of low-sulphur diesel to Latvia’s Ventspils port may increase by over 40pc compared with December to almost 266,000t this month. The ice-free Ventspils port has a temporary competitive advantage in winter over northwest Russian ports, where more expensive ice-class vessels are needed.
