South Sudan targets output hike by November

South Sudanese crude production has fallen to 130,000 b/d, but the government plans to bring oil fields damaged during the civil war back on stream and raise output at the producing Paloch field by November, oil minister Ezekiel Lol Gatkuoth says. The government has sent teams to assess facilities in the country’s oil-producing regions in Upper Nile and Unity states, Gatkuoth says, without giving an output target.
