摘要

BAOSTEEL planned to construct new continuous annealing and processing line (425 Ktons/y), ETL (200 Ktons/y) and TFSL (200 Ktons/y) in 2005, with the great cooperative work between BAOSTEEL and NSE, the projects started up successfully. Reduction of sludge loss was one challenge in the insoluble anode system that NSE worked on as one of the features of this project. After repeatedly testing, appreciating and improving this system in actual operating conditions, the sludge reduction system was applied on this project and the effects of the system were also verified.
