摘要

Blast furnace's raw material charging facility's main purpose is charging iron oreand secondary raw materials into blast furnace. In order to charge raw materialseasily, charging bunker's pressure is required to maintain higher than blastfurnace pressure. For this purpose, the first pressure equalizing is carried outwith semi-clean gas derived from Bischoff scrubber which is wet-type gascleaning facility of blast furnace and second pressure equalizing is carried outwith N2 Gas. For pressure equalizing, closed-system should be formed withproper operation of bunker's upper seal valve and lower seal valve. Bischoffscrubber's semi-clean gas has high humidity based on the fact that Bischoffscrubber is wet-type gas cleaning facility. As the outlet gas of Bischoff scrubberflows into blast furnace, high humidity of the gas becomes main reason for dust attachment to seal valves.
