Metinvest has signed a contract with Primetals Technologies Austria GmbH for the construction of conticaster No.4 atIlyich Iron and Steel works. The construction begins this autumn, Yuriy Zinchenko, general director of Ilyich Iron andSteel Works of Mariupol, said on Facebook.
