The Saldanha Terminal, the largest iron ore export facility in Africa, reached one billion t in exports. The terminal,through which South Africa’s miner Kumba Iron Ore ships all of its export volumes, has been, however, seeing reducedoperation rates due to lower production numbers at Kumba.
