Large-scale Vietnamese steel project gets second chance with new investor

Vietnam’s reroller Hao Sen Group plans to invest into a local large-scale steel plant project that could be cancelledover a lack of finance. Hao Sen Group is ready to invest into Guang Lian Steel’s $3 billion worth project for building a steel mill capable ofmaking a 3-5 million t of flats per annum in the Dung Quat Economic Zone (Quang Ngai province).
